We offer month-to-month leases.
All our units are conveniently located in Clearfield, Utah, and all units are drive up to the door for your ease of access.
Managers are easily available & very friendly.
We require a 15-day written notice to move out. Full details on vacating will be provided to you.
We strongly advise you purchase insurance to protect your items.
Your belongings are safe and protected by good lighting, secure fencing, and strong door locks.
You can get to your belongings seven days a week.
We have three sizes available to choose from: 10’ x 10’ $90.00 10’ x 15’ $110.00 10’ x 20’ $120.00
We can help in determining the right size. Give us a brief description of what will be stored and we’ll help determine how much space is needed.
We do not sell or provide locks. We recommend a high security lock.
You can move in at any time.
We require a drivers license with picture ID to move in.
You are not allowed to store liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials or perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding specific items.
